Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshop bookings and studio sessions offered by Lucy Fayra.

2. Registration & Payment

Registration for workshops is binding upon confirmation.
Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by participants:

• Up to 7 days before the session: full refund

• 3–6 days before: 50% refund

• Less than 48 hours before: no refund

Cancellation by organizer:

If a workshop cannot take place (e.g. due to illness or insufficient participants), participants will receive a full refund.

4. Liability

Participation in workshops takes place at your own responsibility.
No liability is assumed for personal injury or loss of personal belongings unless caused by gross negligence.

5. Copyright

All works created during workshops remain the property of the participant.
The organizer reserves the right to use photographs of workshop situations for documentation purposes unless explicitly objected to.

6. Final Provisions

German law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Chemnitz, Germany.
